Most ice creams rely on refined sugar, syrups, or artificial sweeteners to do the heavy lifting. We does something simpler. We sweeten our ice cream (and chocolate) only with honey. It adds a smooth, balanced sweetness that lets the other ingredients shine, instead of hiding them behind sugar.

We sweeten our ice cream only with honey, which adds a softer, more balanced sweetness that lets the real ingredients: milk, cream, vanilla, pistachio, coffee, taste like themselves.
